- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup mixed crudités , per serving

- In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with crudités.
