- 8 cans organic black beans
- 1 large jar green salsa (or 2 small jars)
- 3 tsp crushed garlic
- shredded smoked mozzarella or Mexican cheese blend
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Purée the beans in a blender or with a hand blender. Add the green salsa, minced garlic, and salt. Heat over medium-low for about 30 minutes. Shred the cheese and mix into soup before serving. Feel free to top with lime and sour cream/plain Greek yogurt.
