- 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon until smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse two to three times.
- Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until set, about 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, remove the container from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
