Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and pulse two to three times.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until set, about 4 hours.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the container from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping. Enjoy!
