- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch sea salt

Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the sweet potatoes, peel, and cut into french fry strips.
- Add the sweet potato fries to the baking sheet and drizzle with the melted coconut oil, being sure to evenly coat all the fries.
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon and season with the sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries over and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
These smell amazing while baking and tasted even better! To think, I used to not like sweet potatoes!

I wish we could see the calorific values and the breakdown of fats, protein, carbs, etc., especially sugar. For diabetics all this information would be so very useful! However, as a new member I’m very happy with what I’ve seen this far!!! Thank you.
