medium sweet potatoes
1/4
cup
coconut oil
melted
2
tsp
ground cinnamon
pinch
sea salt
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the sweet potatoes, peel, and cut into french fry strips.
Add the sweet potato fries to the baking sheet and drizzle with the melted coconut oil, being sure to evenly coat all the fries.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and season with the sea salt.
Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries over and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
