- 1 banana , ripe
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips , melted
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 8-10 peanuts
- sea salt

Instructions
- Slice the banana into ½ inch pieces. Top each slice of banana with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter. Place on a piece of parchment paper on a plate.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut in a small bowl in a microwave, in 30 second increments.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and sprinkle with sea salt and a peanut.
- Freeze until set. Enjoy!
- Tip: For a lower sugar treat, use a slightly under-ripe banana. You can also substitute any nut butter you like for peanut butter.
