Ingredients

banana
, ripe

tbsp
peanut butter

cup
chocolate chips
, melted

tsp
coconut oil

peanuts
sea salt
Instructions
Slice the banana into ½ inch pieces. Top each slice of banana with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter. Place on a piece of parchment paper on a plate.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut in a small bowl in a microwave, in 30 second increments.
Drizzle the chocolate over the bananas and sprinkle with sea salt and a peanut.
Freeze until set. Enjoy!
Tip: For a lower sugar treat, use a slightly under-ripe banana. You can also substitute any nut butter you like for peanut butter.
