- 1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey to taste
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of sea salt

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on a high speed for 2-3 minutes. Taste for preferred sweetness.
- Pour pudding mixture in a jar or container with lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with bananas, berries, or chopped nuts and enjoy!
