Ingredients
- 4 fully-cooked spicy chicken sausage sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 large sweet onion sliced
- 1 large bell pepper sliced
- 3 cups shredded kale
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cups shredded brussels sprouts
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until they start to soften, 3-5 minutes. Add kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, garlic, paprika, oregano, sea salt, and pepper. Cook until tender, about another 5 minutes. Add sausage and sauté until warmed through. Remove from heat and serve.
- *I used one bag of the Cruciferous Crunch mix from Trader Joe's. If you don't have Trader Joe's, check your produce section for shredded kale, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts to save time!
