Ingredients
- 1 jar green salsa , mild or medium, about 12 oz
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cooked chicken breast halves , skinless and boneless
- 12 large butter lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup avocado , chopped

Instructions
- In a medium skillet, heat salsa and honey over medium-low heat. Chop chicken breasts into large chunks, then use fingers to shred it into smaller pieces. Remove half of warmed salsa to a small serving bowl. Add chicken to remaining salsa and continue to cook over medium-high heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates and top each with a scant 2 tbsp chicken and salsa mixture. Sprinkle with avocado.
- Fold tacos in half and serve with reserved salsa.
