Instructions
  1. Combine dressing in a food processor, jar with lid, or medium sized bowl. Mix until well blended.
  2. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing to taste. Serve immediately.

  1. We really liked this recipe! I omitted the olives since my husband doesn’t like them and I changed the sesame oil to 1Tablespoon HOT sesame oil. I only used about half of the bell pepper and it still seemed like too much. Cashews, edamame, and mango were a great touch!
