  1. Start by adding one slice of fresh mozzarella cheese on top of each cooked chicken breast.
  2. Top with one slice of tomato each and drizzle with one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar per chicken breast.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.

    I made this tonight with sautéed kale and onions on the side. I marinated the chicken in olive oil, basil, oregano, and garlic. Baked at 350 and near the end placed the fresh mozzarella on top to melt a little. Added the tomato and basil (fresh oregano for me) and drizzled the balsamic vinegar. Very tasty! Will be a new quick go to in my house!
