- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 2 chicken breasts cooked in a skillet with avocado oil
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar for drizzling

Instructions
- Start by adding one slice of fresh mozzarella cheese on top of each cooked chicken breast.
- Top with one slice of tomato each and drizzle with one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar per chicken breast.
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy.
I made this tonight with sautéed kale and onions on the side. I marinated the chicken in olive oil, basil, oregano, and garlic. Baked at 350 and near the end placed the fresh mozzarella on top to melt a little. Added the tomato and basil (fresh oregano for me) and drizzled the balsamic vinegar. Very tasty! Will be a new quick go to in my house!
