- 15-20 brussels sprouts - shredded using a mandoline or food processor
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cherries - roughly chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon - crumbled (optional)
- 1/2 cup green onion - chopped

- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- sea salt + freshly ground pepper

Instructions
- Add broccoli florets, shredded brussels sprouts, cherries, bacon, and onion to a large bowl. Whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
I have always hated Brussel sprouts. I’ve tried cooking them many different ways, but always, yuck! Who knew that they tasted to good raw? Love this salad! It reminds me the classic Broccoli Sunshine salad, but much healthier of course. Make it today, you won’t be sorry!
This salad was AMAZING! I will make it again. I used white onion b/c it was what I had on hand and it was great.
