Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat unsweetened Greek yogurt (or sub coconut milk yogurt for a dairy-free version)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tbsp raw honey (if using unsweetened Greek yogurt)
- Toppings of choice (fresh berries, shredded unsweetened coconut, raw cacao nibs)

Instructions
- Add the yogurt to a high-speed blender with the blueberries, honey, and protein, if using. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to two serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
