(or sub coconut milk yogurt for a dairy-free version)

frozen blueberries

scoop
collagen peptides
(optional)

tbsp
raw honey
(if using unsweetened Greek yogurt)
Toppings of choice
(fresh berries, shredded unsweetened coconut, raw cacao nibs)
Instructions
Add the yogurt to a high-speed blender with the blueberries, honey, and protein, if using. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to two serving bowls and top with desired toppings.
