Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
- ¾ cup rolled oats , gluten free if needed
- ¾ cup blueberries , fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- To serve: Plain greek yogurt, optional. Honey, optional. Omit both out if vegan.
- Preparation: Add the almond milk, oats, blueberries, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, lemon zest, cinnamon and sea salt to a pot over medium heat.
- Bring a boil, stirring occasionally, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and add the vanilla.
- Divide between two bowls, and top with optional yogurt and honey.
