Ingredients

almond milk

rolled oats
, gluten free if needed

blueberries
, fresh or frozen

hemp seeds

chia seeds

lemon zest

ground cinnamon
pinch
sea salt

vanilla extract
Instructions
To serve: Plain greek yogurt, optional. Honey, optional. Omit both out if vegan.
Preparation: Add the almond milk, oats, blueberries, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, lemon zest, cinnamon and sea salt to a pot over medium heat.
Bring a boil, stirring occasionally, cooking for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and add the vanilla.
Divide between two bowls, and top with optional yogurt and honey.
