- 1 rotisserie chicken - shredded
- 4 slices bacon - cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 8 cups romaine lettuce - chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Vegenaise or high quality mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (from a can)
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley - chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill - chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Create 3-4 individual bowls of romaine lettuce and divide remaining ingredients between each bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well to mix. Top each bowl with desired amount of dressing and enjoy!
This is a good salad. I am not dairy free, only processed sugar free, so I just used a hidden valley ranch packet instead of making the dressing.
