So good!! Made for a bbq and everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe and adjusted the dressing a bit–mine needed more water and a lot more salt and pepper. My tahini was near the end of the jar so was a bit drier. Raw garlic ratio was perfect.
Will make again and again.
Love hearing that you and your guests enjoyed this recipe, Melissa! 🙂
I think I need to tweak the dressing a bit for my tastes next time. I found it to be pretty bitter because it didn’t have enough salt to balance out the garlic and tahini. But it was pretty tasty and very easy to make.
Appreciate the feedback, Summer! We are always open to feedback and suggestions for the future. ?
I just finished making and eating this. I don’t think I liked the tahini much. I have made a similar recipe with just italian salad dressing as the dressing. I might go back to that next time.
Pretty good! I chose to use the herbed Tahini dipping sauce from Trader Joe’s- added some water and lemon juice and it was great! Also subbed the bacon for more veggies. Overall, I liked it!
Yummy! I fried up the tomatoes with some leeks, to add a bit more flavour, and sprinkled some milled hemp seed and parmesan cheese on top too, to add more texture and protein. Will definitely make it again!
That sounds delicious, Joanna!
Yummie!!!
I replaced the avocado and lettuce by broccoli and turned it into a meal prep lunch. GREAT!
Yum! So glad you enjoyed this recipe, Delia! ?
I use this as a sauce for my sheet pan meal with sausage, peppers, onion and potatoes, soo pefect
That sounds like a delicious combination!
