homemade garlic tahini dressing
(see recipe below; or use Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing)
Garlic Tahini Dressing

tahini

freshly squeezed lemon juice

water

, chopped

Instructions
Start by boiling the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, rinse, and add to a large mixing bowl.
Make the Tahini Garlic dressing by adding all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisking well. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss well to combine.
Chill pasta salad in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
