Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp avocado oil , or melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries , fesh or frozen

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, eggs, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and fold until just combined.
- Add the blueberries, carefully folding until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until set.
- Slice, and enjoy!
