- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 8 oz fresh spinach (or other greens)
- 1 cup chopped frozen mango
- 1/2 avocado

- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings.
Recipe Notes
Smoothie bowls are much thicker than smoothies that you drink! If you want to make this smoothie more drinkable, add 1/4 - 1/2 cup more of unsweetened almond milk.
