Instructions
  1. Start by adding the oats to the base of a blender and blend until finely ground. 
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients minus the coconut oil and toppings. Blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil. Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly brown. 
  4. Top with the sliced banana and drizzle with raw honey or pure maple syrup.

    Very delicious, I did have to add some almond milk because the mixture was too thick to blend. I will make again:)
