Ingredients
- 1 cup oats , ground into flour
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- coconut oil for cooking
- extra sliced banana for topping
- drizzle of raw honey for serving (you can also use pure maple syrup)

Instructions
- Start by adding the oats to the base of a blender and blend until finely ground.
- Add in the remaining ingredients minus the coconut oil and toppings. Blend until smooth.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil. Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
- Top with the sliced banana and drizzle with raw honey or pure maple syrup.
Very delicious, I did have to add some almond milk because the mixture was too thick to blend. I will make again:)
