Ingredients

cup
oats
, ground into flour
1
ripe banana
1/4
cup
almond butter
1
egg
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
2
tsp
hemp seeds
coconut oil for cooking
extra sliced banana for topping
drizzle of raw honey for serving
(you can also use pure maple syrup)
Instructions
Start by adding the oats to the base of a blender and blend until finely ground.
Add in the remaining ingredients minus the coconut oil and toppings. Blend until smooth.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with the coconut oil. Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
Top with the sliced banana and drizzle with raw honey or pure maple syrup.
