Ingredients
- 1 cup canned chickpeas rinsed and drained (or shredded chicken)
- 2 tbsp paleo ranch dressing (like primal kitchen brand)
- 2 sweet potatoes medium sized, cooked, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tbsp guacamole
- 3 tbsp bacon crumbled, skip if vegetarian
- sea salt to taste

Instructions
- Start by adding the chickpeas or chicken to a mixing bowl and add the Paleo ranch dressing. Stir well.
- Divide the chickpeas or chicken among the halved sweet potatoes.
- Top with guacamole, crumbled bacon, and fresh chives.
- Season with salt and enjoy!
