rinsed and drained (or shredded chicken)

paleo ranch dressing
(like primal kitchen brand)

sweet potatoes
medium sized, cooked, cut in half lengthwise

tbsp
guacamole

tbsp
bacon
crumbled, skip if vegetarian
sea salt
to taste
Instructions
Start by adding the chickpeas or chicken to a mixing bowl and add the Paleo ranch dressing. Stir well.
Divide the chickpeas or chicken among the halved sweet potatoes.
Top with guacamole, crumbled bacon, and fresh chives.
Season with salt and enjoy!
