- 4 slices turkey bacon - cooked
- 2 large romaine lettuce leaves - washed and dried
- 1 tbsp Vegenaise or high quality mayonnaise
- 1/2 avocado - sliced
- 1 roma tomato - thinly sliced
- salt + pepper to taste

- Spread Vegenaise evenly on two whole lettuce leaves. Then, layer bacon, tomatoes, and avocado onto each leaf. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, roll, and enjoy!
