Ingredients
- 1 slice sprouted grain bread or gluten-free bread (I like Ezekiel brand as a sprouted grain option)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 3 slices fresh cilantro
- salt + pepper
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 small tomato sliced

Instructions
- Toast bread. Top with sliced or mashed avocado and fresh tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add red pepper or Sriracha if you like an extra kick!
FYI….The ingredient list does not include tomato….??…but the recipe is for Avocado Toast with sliced Tomato.

I think the 3 slices of fresh cilantro was supposed to be 3 slices of fresh tomato. Cilantro isn’t mentioned in the instructions but might be good as a garnish.
