(I like Ezekiel brand as a sprouted grain option)

ripe avocado
3
slices
fresh cilantro
salt + pepper
red pepper flakes
(optional)

small tomato
sliced
Instructions
Toast bread. Top with sliced or mashed avocado and fresh tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add red pepper or Sriracha if you like an extra kick!
