Instructions
  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, add all of the ingredients and pulse until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Serve with raw veggies or as a spread on you favorite wrap.

    1. Hi there! You can, but we recommend you find a hummus that doesn’t have any added ingredients in addition to the chickpeas. 🙂

    Yummy I love hummus,I need to get more ingredients ,I just bought some avacados ,but they hard like a rock ,how can I get to ripen fast?

  2. Hi Lisa! I’ve heard that if you put avocados in a brown paper bag and store them in a dark place they will ripen faster.
    I really enjoy dipping carrots, bell peppers, snap peas, jicama, and broccoli into hummus!

      Hi! I would start with keeping it in the fridge for a few days. We haven’t tried freezing it. It may change the texture, but let us know if you try it and how it works for you! 🙂
