Ingredients
- 2 slices sprouted grain bread or gluten-free bread (I like Ezekiel brand as a sprouted grain option)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 hard-boiled eggs
- salt + pepper
- hot sauce or crushed red pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Toast 2 slices of bread. Top each slice with 1/4 avocado and sliced hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a little heat if that's your style! This also makes a great snack, just cut the recipe in half.
