Instructions
  1. Mix mayonnaise (or Vegenaise), mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Combine chicken, apple, pecans, cranberries, celery, and onion in a large bowl. Toss with dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves.

  1. This is seriously SO good. I’m shocked it had low rating. It is one of my favorites. I use Costco rotisserie chicken with this and it’s delish!

  2. I have made this salad quite a few times and it never disappoints! One of my favorites that I’ve tried from TBL! It keeps so well in the fridge so I usually double it so we have leftovers!

  3. Wow, what a delicious and satisfying recipe! I used leftover rotisserie chicken that I had on hand and, I didn’t have cranberries so, I used raisins instead. So delicious!
