- 1/2 cantalope
- 1 cup coconut milk yogurt (like CoYo, use unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt if you tolerate dairy)
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp granola (of choice)

- Slice the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
- Fill one half with the yogurt and blackberries.
- Top with hemp seeds and granola.
