cantalope

coconut milk yogurt
(like CoYo, use unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt if you tolerate dairy)
1/2
cup
blackberries
1
tbsp
hemp seeds
2
tbsp
granola
(of choice)
Instructions
Slice the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
Fill one half with the yogurt and blackberries.
Top with hemp seeds and granola.
Enjoy right away!
