Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread oats, nuts, and seeds on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until lightly toasted, shaking pan after 10 minutes to prevent burning. Transfer to a large bowl. Add cereal, raisins, and apricots.
  2. In a small sauce pan, combine almond butter, coconut sugar (optional), honey, vanilla, and salt. Warm over medium-low heat until it barely begins to bubble. Pour warm almond butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix well to coat. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking oil. Pour mixture into pan and press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Wet your fingers to prevent sticking. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 8 separate bars and enjoy!

      1. Hi ladies! I just searched the original recipe on EatingWell. They recommend storing them in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for up to a month. 🙂

    1. I would think it would depend on your home. With 8 children in my home, I find about 10 minutes 🙂
