In a small sauce pan, combine almond butter, coconut sugar (optional), honey, vanilla, and salt. Warm over medium-low heat until it barely begins to bubble. Pour warm almond butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix well to coat. Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking oil. Pour mixture into pan and press evenly into the bottom of the pan. Wet your fingers to prevent sticking. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 8 separate bars and enjoy!
