- 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter , melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups almond flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into 10, and roll into balls, flattening slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the bottoms are set and golden.
