  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Divide the dough into 10, and roll into balls, flattening slightly with your hand.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the bottoms are set and golden.
