- 1 cup smooth almond butter
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, almond flour, egg, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix with a silicone spatula until well combined.
- Use a tablespoon measure to scoop 12 cookies, rolling them into balls. Use a fork to flatten in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until just golden. Let cool on the pan.
