Ingredients

smooth almond butter

almond flour

large egg

sugar

vanilla

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, almond flour, egg, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix with a silicone spatula until well combined.
Use a tablespoon measure to scoop 12 cookies, rolling them into balls. Use a fork to flatten in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10 minutes or until just golden. Let cool on the pan.
