- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas , drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Place the chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
- Once dried, transfer chickpeas to a bowl and toss with the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
- Add the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times.
- Serve, or store in an airtight container. These are best eaten the day you make them!
