Ingredients

can of chickpeas
, drained and rinsed

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
tbsp
maple syrup
½
tsp
ground cinnamon
¼
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Place the chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Once dried, transfer chickpeas to a bowl and toss with the olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt.
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Add the chickpeas to the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times.
Serve, or store in an airtight container. These are best eaten the day you make them!
