- 3 cups coconut flakes , not shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut oil , melted
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- ½ cup crushed apple chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, cinnamon, coconut oil, maple syrup, and apple sauce, mixing to evenly coat.
- Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and add the apples. Store in an airtight container for one week.
