  1. Preheat the oven to 300F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, cinnamon, coconut oil, maple syrup, and apple sauce, mixing to evenly coat.
  3. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven and add the apples. Store in an airtight container for one week.
