Made these today and I am pleased to say they are yummy and chewy and wonderful!
Yay! So glad you liked these cookies, Kirsty! 🙂
What’s the serving size a day? Two cookies?
I made these today and they are delicious. Also, very quick and easy!!
Our Wellness Center where I work offered this no-bake recipe:
1 c. Rolled Oats
1/2 c. Peanut Butter
2 Tbps. Honey
1/2 c. mini-chocolate chips.
Mix peanut butter and honey together first and then add oats and mini chips. Roll into 1″ balls. Keep refrigerated. They are quite tasty and the grand-children loved them!
Those sound so good!
Thanks for that!! I’m not so fond of the banana flavor.
Should the “rolled oats” be old fashioned rolled oats or quick oats? Thank you. The recipe looks so easy and delicious.
Hi Rosemary! Rolled oats are also known as old fashioned oats. With that being said, old fashioned oats and quick oats can be used almost interchangeably. However, old fashioned oats are often recommended for baking because they retain texture a bit better than quick oats. I hope this helps! We look forward to hearing how you enjoy these after giving them a try! 🙂
Made these today delicious and the smoothy.
Delicious! And I love that it uses ingredients that I normally have on hand!
They sound yummy, but I just calculated that each one is 235 calories w/o chocolate chips and 285 with them. That’s alot.
These sound yummy however confused by the name; which of the four ingredients isn’t an ingredient ? 😊
Probably the chocolate chips, as they are listed as optional.
Hi Samantha! Yes, the chocolate chips are optional which would make them a fourth ingredient if included. 🙂
they are delicious but would like option for family member with peanut allergy (severe)
Hi Linda! A substitution for the peanut butter could be with whatever kind of nut butter your family enjoys! Almond butter, cashew butter, even sunflower are all great options. 🙂
These sound deliciously healthy! I have everything on hand – including the chocolate chips. Mmm-yum!
Yay, Amy! We look forward to hearing how you enjoy these!
