Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F/176°C. Line a tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Using a ¼ cup measure, scoop out 8 cookies, flattening slightly.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until set. Let cool before eating.
