I’ll be sharing a new Pilates workout video everyday for the next five days specifically designed for pregnancy.
The exercises in these routines are strategically selected to help you feel your best, maintain your strength, and prepare for a smooth labor & delivery.
Pilates is proven to be one of the best exercises for pregnancy and for postpartum recovery. I can’t wait to share these videos and dive a little deeper into the world of prenatal fitness with you.

Balanced Beginnings is my flagship Prenatal Pilates program that includes a variety of full-length videos that are downloadable and yours to keep forever. It also includes everything else you saw listed (guided meditation, bonus videos specifically for pregnancy and returning to pregnancy postpartum, affirmations, etc.). This is a fun free series I’m doing that will be shorter videos that will only be available online. Basically it’s like a taste of what you get in Balanced Beginnings. 🙂 xoxo
