Leg Circles
Leg Circles (also known as One Leg Circle) is a classic Pilates exercise designed to:
- stabilize the pelvis
- improve core strength
- mobilize the hip joint

Hi Robin,
Just wondered if you had any advice for those of us with popping and clicking in the hip socket. Is it possible with increased mobility and strength the popping/clicking will stop?
