Investing in yourself and your development is the best way to increase your personal capital. Anything that develops professional or personal skills is worth wasting time, money and resources. Investments in education usually fight back faster than others, since they are directly related to an increase in professional and social status.

I’ve just been diagnosed with epilepsy. I’m used to going in the gym about 4 mornings a week. At the moment I’m stuck at home most days. How can you help me to get back into gentle exercise.
