  1. Investing in yourself and your development is the best way to increase your personal capital. Anything that develops professional or personal skills is worth wasting time, money and resources. Investments in education usually fight back faster than others, since they are directly related to an increase in professional and social status.

  2. Thanks for this wonderful blog.
I also believe that you need to invest in yourself if you want to grow and become a better version of yourself.

  3. I’ve just been diagnosed with epilepsy. I’m used to going in the gym about 4 mornings a week. At the moment I’m stuck at home most days. How can you help me to get back into gentle exercise.

    1. Hi Hilary – We’re sorry to hear you have been diagnosed with epilepsy, but glad you’re still wanting to exercise and take care of your body! ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide individualized recommendations regarding medical conditions. We know that every body is different and every situation is unique, so it is hard to give proper advice through email. We recommend speaking with your doctor and/or physical therapist to determine which exercises are safe and recommended for you based on your individual needs. As you follow the advice of your medical professional, here are a few workouts you may want to try first:
